HYBRIFLEX 25
Highly flexible, low modulus (25 Shore A) neutral cure hybrid polymer based sealant. Isocyanate, silicone and halogen free, immediately overpainTABLE Everbuild_NZ.with most paints. Flexibility factor: ± 50%. It has excellent adhesion to most construction substrates, is resistant to most chemicals, non staining, temperature resistant from – 40 to +100°C. Conforms to ISO 11600-FG-25LM
Used for general sealing in building industry, floor and wall joints with high movement requirements, window and door frame sealing and top glazing to timber and aluminium window frames.
