SILICONE 825
SILICONE 825 is a low modulus, neutral curing Silicone sealant based on an filled alkoxy curing system. Specially formulated to provide extra tool down time on longer joints. Conforms to BS 5889 (A) and ISO 1160 F + G25 LM.
Typically used for expansion joints to stone, brick, concrete and composite panels, perimeter pointing around all types of window and door frames, weatherproofing sealing to most external applications, construction and dilation joints where stress does not occur until fully cured.

SILICONE 950
SILICONE 950 is a oxime curing Silicone sealant. Specially formulated for glazing application and perimeter pointing on all types of windows and door frames. Conforms to BS 5889(A) and ISO 11600. 100% Silicone Polymer based on a filled system.
Typically used for bedding insulated glass units in accordance with relevant clauses of BS8000 Part 7, general glazing sealing and draught proofing, including glass to glass and glass to aluminium sealing, perimeter pointing internally and externally.

FIRESEAL 300 INTUMESCENT
FIRESEAL 300 is an intumescent acrylic sealant that swells when exposed to temperatures in excess of 150°C to prevent the passage of fire and smoke and has a fire rating of up to 5 hours in certain joint configurations. Fire rated to BS 476 part 20.
Typically used for sealing joints, voids and irregular holes in fire walls, partitions and other structures; also for maintaining the integrity of pipes and cables that penetrate them. For internal perimeter pointing of fire rated door and window frames.

FIRESEAL 400 SILICONE
FIRESEAL 400 is a neutral cure, elastic silicone sealant which conforms to BS476 Part 20 for fire retardancy and has a fire rating of up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations.
Typically used for all building and glazing joints which require a fire rating, sealing joints, voids and irregular holes in fire walls, partitions and other structures; also for maintaining the integrity of pipes and cables that penetrate them and fire rated expansion joints.

JOINT BACKER ROD
Non absorbent compressible grey closed cell polyethylene foam backup material. It is inserted into a joint to control sealant depth and create a backstop to allow proper sealant tooling.
