FIRE MATE SEALANT
Fire Mate Sealant is an intumescent acrylic sealant that swells when exposed to temperatures in excess of 150°C to prevent the passage of fire and smoke and has a fire rating of up to 5 hours in certain joint configurations. Fire rated to BS 476 Part 20.

Flue Block Silicone is a high strength temperature resistant, smoke tight structural sealant and adhesive, for the installation/jointing of concrete chimney flue blocks for use with domestic gas fires (Class 2). Heat resistant to 160�C, tested to BSEN 1443 & 1858, also ideal for sealing metal flues and ductwork.
